Q: What must I do when I’ve made a mistake ?
A: Send an e-mail to info@vip-records.com what has gone wrong. Don’t forget to mention your name and the order number.

Q: How long will it take before my order is shipped ?
A: Your order will be shipped same day as we received the fully payment.
It may happen that goods are out of stock and have to be re-ordered. In that case, shipment may take a little longer. You can always refer to the status of your order on our website.

Q: What happens if a product is out of stock ?
A: Almost all products on the website are in stock. We will inform you within 48 hours if a product is out stock.
You can then select a product instead at a similar price or decide to cancel the product.

Q: What to do when something is wrong with the order I have received ?
A: Send an e-mail to info@vip-records.com

Q: How much shipping costs I have to pay ?
A: Check in the menu on: "Shipping Costs"

Q: How long do you keep my order aside ?
A: All order must be paid within 14 days. After 14 days there is a risk your order will be cancelled or deleted.

Q: Can I pay cash on delivery (Rembours) ?
A: Yes, but this is only possible for customers living in The Netherlands.

Q: Can I order without being registered ?
A: No, you need to register once only in order to be able to place an order.

Q: How is my parcel shipped ?
A: Within The Netherlands all parcels are shipped by TPG Post. Your order will usually be delivered by TNT Post 1 or 2 working days after been shipped.
Outside The Netherlands all parcels are shipped Priority by different Shippers.

Q: Can I send a cash money ?
A: Yes, but we do not prefer this because there is always the risk of losing the money in mail. You can send a registrated letter with money at your own risk.

Q: Can i pay with a credit card ?
A: No, at this moment we do not accept credit cards! You can make a payment at PayPal with your credit card.

Q: Do I have to pay tax ?
A: You only have to pay tax if you live within the European Union.

Q: Can I listen to real audio ?
A: Yes, we try to put as much audio online as possible, however a lot records do not have audio files yet

Q: What if my personal information changes ?
A: You are responsible for changing your own personal information.
Please keep your information up to date, because we will ship all the packages to the address you have provided here. If your package gets lost because your information is incorrect you will be responsible for this !

Q: How can I find the shop ?
A: Check in the menu on the page: "Contact us"

Q: How do I know if you have received my order ?
A: When you are finished shopping. you will automatically be transferred to a screen where you can see what you have ordered.
You will also receive an automatic generated e-mail confirmation with your order and all the details regarding your order. Do not forget to click the Confirm Button

Q: My profile has been deleted?
A: Only valid entries will be excepted.
Please make sure that your e-mail address is a valid working one.
All customers who do not pay their orders, will also be removed.
